Warner Board of Selectmen Meeting Minutes Thursday, February 3, 2011 Chairman Hartman opened the public session
at 6:40 p.m. In Attendance: Selectman David E. Hartman – Chairman, David Karrick,
Jr. – Selectman, Clyde Carson – Selectman, Laura Buono – Town
Administrator Others present: 1. Manifest Selectman Karrick moved
to authorize the Selectmen to sign manifests and order the Treasurer to
sign Payroll Check number 1055 – 1082 in the amount of $34,255.02
(includes 12 direct deposit stubs) and Accounts Payable check numbers
45450 – 45493 in the amount of $119,780.53.
Selectman Carson seconded the motion; all were in favor, the
motion passed. 2. Safe Routes to School The Selectmen had a discussion on the Safe
Routes to School engineering proposal. 3. Adjournment At
