Warner Board of Selectmen Meeting Minutes Wednesday,
In Attendance:
Selectman Richard A. Cook - Chairman Selectman
David E. Hartman Selectman
David Karrick, Jr. Absent:
Laura Buono – Town Administrator Chairman Cook opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Selectman Hartman moved to enter into
Nonpublic Session at 7:02 p.m. per RSA 91A:3 II (b) hiring. The motion
was seconded by Selectman Karrick. A roll call vote was taken. Chairman Cook – yes; Selectman
Hartman – yes; Selectman Karrick – yes.
Motion passed unanimously. In attendance: Richard Brown – Fire Chief, Ed Raymond – Deputy
Fire Chief, Sean Toomey, Ron Palmer and Ashley Miller 1. Non Public Session Fire Chief Richard Brown introduced Sean
Toomey, Ron Palmer and Ashley Miller as new staff members on the Fire
Department. Sean works for
the City of Concord, NH Fire Department. Ron is just starting and will
be attending training to become a firefighter.
Another new member is Jacob Palmer who was not present is also
training to become a firefighter. Chief Brown recommends appointing Sean, Ron, Ashley and
Jacob. Selectman Hartman moved to come out of
Nonpublic Session at 7:15 p.m. The
motion was seconded by Selectman Karrick. A roll call vote was taken.
Chairman Cook – yes; Selectman Hartman – yes; Selectman Karrick –
yes. A vote was taken.
Motion passed unanimously. 2. Motion to Hire Selectman Hartman moved
to appoint Sean Toomey, Ron Palmer, Jacob Palmer as Firefighters and
Ashley Miller as Rescue personnel to the Fire Department.
Selectman Karrick seconded the motion. All were in favor the
motion passed. 3. Motion to Adjourn Selectman Hartman moved to adjourn at 7:19 p.m. Selectman Karrick seconded the motion; all were in favor, the motion passed.
