Warner Board of Selectmen Meeting Minutes Thursday,
Article 14 Amendment Present: Selectman Richard A. Cook –
Chairman, Selectman David E. Hartman and Selectman David Karrick, Jr. During the February 5, 2009 Budget
Committee Public Hearing the meeting was recessed in order for the Board
of Selectmen to meet and make a motion to amend Article 14 so that the
Budget Committee and the Board of Selectmen could present the same
budget. Initially the
Budget Committee recommended reducing Article 14 to $0 funding.
After a lengthy discussion a reduction was agreed upon. Selectman Hartman moved to amend Article 14 and reduce the amount to be appropriated to $20K. Selectman Karrick seconded the motion. Discussion: none. All were in favor of the motion; the motion passed.
