WARNER BOARD OF SELECTMEN
MEETING MINUTES
JUNE 26, 2001

Selectman O'Connor opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m.. Selectman Mical was present along with members of the public. Chairman Brayshaw was absent due to a previous commitment.

Selectman O'Connor made a motion to go into non-public session per RSA 91-A:3, II(c), matters which, if discussed in public, would likely affect adversely the reputation of any person unless such person requests an open meeting, however, this cannot be used to protect a person who is a member of your Board, Committee or Subcommittee. Selectman Mical seconded. All in favor. Motion carried. Selectman O'Connor made a motion to come out of non-public session and to seal the minutes per RSA 91-A:3, III, divulgence of the information likely would affect adversely the reputation of any person other than a member of the body or agency itself, and to re-open the public meeting. Selectman Mical seconded. All in favor. Motion carried.

Chief Chandler presented a proposal to the Selectmen to have the carpets cleaned at the Police facility.

Selectman Mical briefed the Board on the status of the heating contract with Rymes.

The Selectmen discussed the order from the Board of Land and Tax Appeals ordering the Town of Warner to complete a reassessment , by tax year 2003. Discussion followed. A work session is scheduled for June 30, 2001 at 8:00 a.m..

The Chandler Reservation presented a letter to the Selectmen concerning the dumping of debris on North Road. Discussion followed. Further discussion will follow on the June 30, 2001 work session.

Selectman Mical discussed the Old Graded School roof and the repairs required. At present there are two quotes in hand, further discussion will take place at a later date. The sprinkler systems need to be inspected and tested at the Old Graded School, Police Station, and the Pillsbury Free Library. Quotes were discussed. The fire alarms are also ready for inspection and test.

Selectman O'Connor discussed the budget, and the upcoming Budget Committee meeting on July 16, 2001. Discussion followed.

Public comments were taken at this time.

Selectman Mical made a motion to approve the June 12, 2001 with grammar changes. Selectman O'Connor seconded. All in favor. Motion carried.

Selectman O'Connor made a motion to approve the June 19, 2001 minutes. Selectman Mical seconded. All in favor. Motion carried.

Selectman Mical made a motion to adjourn. Selectman O'Connor seconded. All in favor. Motion carried.
