Warner Board of Selectmen Site-Walk July

Selectman Wayne Eigabroadt Others present: Allan Brown, Public Works Director; Richard Deschene,
Pine Rock Administrator; Laura Buono, Town Administrator. A site visit of the area in which the base
of the Pine Rock Manner’s driveway meets Denny Hill Road was conducted
and the work which needs to be done to alleviate continued erosion was
discussed. It is the
recommendation of Allan Brown that two catch basins are needed along
with a culvert at the base of the driveway and a pipe to run the water
across the roadway. It was decided that Pine Rock Manner will be
responsible for costs incurred for the culvert and catch basin to be
installed on the right side of the base of the driveway, as well as the
pipe which runs down the hill to the left of the driveway.
The Town will handle the boxed structure to the left of the
driveway base and the pipe under the road.
Allan Brown will obtain pricing for the job and communicate back
