The Board discussed the management structure of the Transfer Station. Mr. Brown agrees the structure needs work. The Board discussed the reluctance of the Transfer Station Supervisor to manage the personnel. The Board asked for Mr. Brown’s input.

Mr. Brown stated that if the Transfer Station is going to stay under his jurisdiction, then the Supervisor of the Transfer Station must report to him only. Discussion followed about a resolution. The Board, along with the Public Works Director and the Transfer Station Supervisor will meet at 5:00 P.M. today to work out a resolution.

The Public Works Director and the Board discussed the cost of the East Roby District Road Project. A presentation will be put together for Town Meeting to present the facts.

The Public Works Director discussed the blinking yellow school zone lights for Simonds School with the Board. Allan informed the Board that Kearsarge Mountain Road is a State road, and that the State should be absorbing the cost of the lights.

Mr. Ralph Platte from James W. Sewall Company met with the Board to discuss Aerial Photography for the Town of Warner. Martha Mical asked if the cost includes other Towns. Mr. Platte commented that the cost quoted was for Warner, but there would be a discount of $1,050.00 if more than one town has the aerial photography done. Barbara Annis asked about the scale of the photography that would be done.

The Town Report cover was reviewed.

The Board discussed the revaluation proposals and made a decision. Selectman O’Connor made a motion to accept Earls Nieder Perkins, LLC proposal, with the Vision Software. Selectman Mical seconded the motion. All were in favor. The motion passed.
