Chairman Brayshaw opened the meeting at 12:00 noon, Selectman O’Connor was absent.

Richard Senor met with the Board to review the results from the Martin Building/Odd Fellows Building survey. Twenty nine percent (29%) of the mailed survey was returned, of that 60%(sixty-percent) feel the building can be an asset to the Town. The Board reviewed some of the suggestions. Mr. Senor will be presenting the results of the survey along with the Warrant and information about Grants at the Town Meeting. Mr. Senor will be doing a write-up about the survey and publishing it in the Warner New Paper.

The Board reviewed the revised unregistered car notice per Town Counsel.

The Board will discuss objectives for the evaluation process on Tuesday February 19, 2002 when there is a full Board.

The objectives will be ready for the Wage Study Committee meeting on February 20, 2002.
