Chairman Brayshaw opened the work session at 8:15 a.m.

The work session was focused on writing the addendums for the Town Wide Revaluation contract with Earls Nieder Perkins, LLC. The list is as follows:

1. To include Public Utilities

2. Land would be appraised on home site and rear acreage basis not on front footage basis.

3. To include views and in ground pools

4. Three week notice for informal reviews

5. All employees to be physically able.

6. Clarification that the $135,000.00 includes Vision Software.

7. Payment clarification

8. Initial meetings with Earls Nieder Perkins, LLC, the State and the Town on a monthly basis.
