Mr. Gagne was present to review the draft assessment review report with the Selectmen. Uniformity of assessments is required by the State to be between 90 – 110%. The Town of Warner is at 100%. The draft report indicated that the Town of Warner was within all the required guidelines, any deficiencies were corrected, and Mr. Gagny will verify corrections before releasing the final draft.

Allan Brown met with the Selectmen to discuss long range needs for town roads. The Selectmen discussed establishing a road committee. The committee would be small in size and would be charged with prioritizing projects by visiting the sites with Mr. Brown. Selectman Cook and Chairman Hartman will be a member along with a member of the Budget Committee, Planning Board and Conservation Commission. Allan Brown will be an ex-efficio member. A meeting date has been scheduled for July 11, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. Updating the mapping of the roads was discussed.
