Warner Board of Selectmen Work Session September 19, 2005
Meeting opened at 9:20 a.m. In attendance: Selectman Wayne Eigabroadt – Chairman, Selectman David E. Hartman and Selectman Richard A. Cook Recorder of the minutes is Mary Whalen The Selectmen began discussion regarding the Town Administrator position. The Selectmen reviewed the resumes that were submitted by the Local Government Center. Selectman Cook narrowed the applicants down to 3. Selectman Hartman narrowed the applicants down to six. The Board members agreed unanimously on five applicants. Appointments will be arranged beginning on October 6, 2005. The Selectmen discussed their recommendations for two additional individuals to assist in the interview process. Before a final decision is made the Selectmen will make some contacts. Selectman Hartman will contact Local Government Center regarding the interview schedule. LGC will be forwarding suggested questions. Office space still needs to be finalized. Selectman Cook perambulated the Hopkinton Town line on September 18, 2005. The Selectmen will begin conducting performance evaluations on September 27, 2005. Selectman Hartman noted that he witnessed the vertical baler being operated without the guard door in place. Selectman Hartman immediately brought this to Mr. Fouliard’s attention and asked Mr. Fouliard to speak to the operator. Selectman Hartman also witnessed the Bobcat being operated carelessly during a busy Saturday. Motion to adjourn 10:35 a.m. Board of Selectmen Wayne Eigabroadt – Chairman
