Chairman Mical opened the meeting at 5:00 p.m.

Finance Director is also in attendance. The Selectmen began review of the Selectmen’s budget.

• Selectmen’s salary increased by 2.5 %.
• Selectmen’s Office – tabled
• Treasure Line increased by 2.5 %
• Deputy Treasure increased by 2.5 %
• Deputy Tax Collector increased by 2.5 %
• Auditor line, the Selectmen would like to send out for bid. The Finance Director will follow through.
• Overseer of Public Welfare increased by 2.5 %.
• Town Clerk increased by 2.5 %.
• Deputy Town Clerk increased by 2.5 %.
• Tax Collector increased by 2.5 %.
• Trustee of the Trust Funds increased by 2.5 %.
• Building Maintenance increased by 2.5 %.
• Benefits – Finance Director will figure including the current stipends. The Finance Director asked to increase the life insurance to $23,000.00. The Selectmen agreed.
• Building Inspector inspection rate increased by 2.5%.
• Books etc. for the Building Inspector $500.00
• Building Inspector Secretary increased by 2.5 % with one additional hour (totaling 3 hours per week).

Chairman Mical made a motion to close the work session at 5:50 p.m. Selectman Brayshaw seconded the motion. All were in favor. The motion passed.
