Chairman O’Connor opened the meeting at 12:04 p.m., in attendance was Selectman Robert C. O’Connor – Chairman, Selectman Edward F. Mical, Selectman John C. Brayshaw (absent).

The Selectmen discussed the disbursement of a check received from Mr. Fairfield Whiting for the redemption of the property located at Map 29 Lot 4.

Selectman Mical made a motion to establish a bank account in the amount of $5,350.00 to cover the removal of the barn and any fees for the registration and recording of the deed. Chairman O’Connor seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

The Selectmen then reviewed an invitation to bid. Selectman Mical made the motion to distribute an invitation to bid for the Clean Oil Waste Furnace from the Transfer Station. Chairman O’Connor seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Selectman Mical made a motion to adjourn. Chairman O’Connor seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
