Mr. George Fantasia met with the Board to ask permission to have a mobile home housed on his property site until renovations caused by a recent fire are completed. Chairman Brayshaw made a motion to allow a mobile home to remain on the property sites of Mr. George Fantasia and Mr. Steve Main until renovations or building has been completed, upon completion the mobile home will be removed within 30 days. Selectman O’Connor seconded the motion. All were in favor. The motion passed.

Wendy Pinkham, Finance Director, met with the Board to review the budget for final expenditures. The Board also discussed Wendy’s remaining vacation time.

James Azmy met with the Board to discuss the Class VI road running between the Azmy property and Willard Richard’s property. Chairman Brayshaw made a motion to send each a cease and desist order until Town boundaries are established. Selectman O’Connor seconded the motion. All were in favor. The motion passed.
