The Select Board is elected to "manage the prudential affairs" of the Town. "Prudential affairs" means the same thing as filling in the details, thus the Selectmen are the Executive, Managerial and Administrative body that does what is necessary to carry out the votes of the towns people enacted at Town Meeting.
Scheduled Select Board meetings are on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month. The agenda and meeting dates for upcoming meetings are posted at the Town Hall and listed on-line here. Meeting minutes are filed in the Town Clerk's office as well as on-line here.
